What is S‑DNA™ (PDRN)?+
PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) is a mix of purified DNA fragments from salmon, one of the most talked-about actives in Korean dermatology. S‑DNA™ is Cotrini's PDRN, paired with calming Korean botanicals. It comes from salmon harvested for food, so none of the fish goes to waste.
What’s in the Night Cream?+
S‑DNA™ appears on the label as sodium DNA (polydeoxyribonucleotide), derived from salmon. Full ingredients: Aqua, PEG-8, Glycerin, PEG-90, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter Extract, Ganoderma Lucidum Fruiting Body (Mushroom) Extract, Cnidium Officinale Rhizome Extract, Caprylyl Glycol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Polysorbate 60, Sorbitan Stearate, C13-14 Isoparaffin, Laureth-7, sodium DNA (polydeoxyribonucleotide), Betaine, Trehalose, Allantoin, Centella Asiatica Extract, Phellinus Linteus (Mushroom) Extract, Perilla Frutescens Leaf Extract, Scutellaria baicalensis root extract, Panax Ginseng Extract, Pueraria Lobata Root Extract, 1,2-Hexanediol, Butylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Disodium EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid).
Can I use it if I have a fish allergy?+
We don’t recommend it. S‑DNA™ is derived from salmon, so if you have a fish allergy, please choose another product.
When will I see results?+
In clinical testing, hydration rose 34% in 2 weeks and 52% in 4 weeks. Firmness and elasticity improved significantly by week 4, and every woman in the perception study said her skin felt softer.*
Can I use it with retinol or vitamin C?+
Yes. We haven’t seen any issues with either, and customers tell us it pairs especially well with retinol, which can be very drying. Apply your serum first, then the Night Cream. If you use a prescription retinoid, check with your dermatologist.
Do the micro‑darts hurt?+
Most people feel only a slight tingle as they press each patch on for 5–10 seconds, and that’s normal. The micro‑darts dissolve as you sleep.
How often do I use the Eye Patches?+
2–3 nights a week for three weeks, then take the fourth week off. At 2 nights a week, one box of 6 pairs lasts a month. Apply them to clean, dry skin first, then the Night Cream around them.
Is it gentle enough for reactive skin?+
It's fragrance-free and was classified non-irritating in dermatologist-supervised patch testing. If your skin is reactive, patch-test on your inner arm first.
Can I use it during the day?+
Yes. It’s designed for night, but you can also use it in the morning. Follow with sunscreen.
How does auto-replenish work?+
Choose auto-replenish when you order and save 20% on every delivery. A new jar arrives every 3 months, timed to when your last one runs out. Skip or cancel anytime from your account.
Where is it made?+
Cotrini is formulated in South Korea for our California-based company. It's fragrance-free.
How long does a jar last?+
About 90 nights with nightly use, since a small amount goes a long way. That's under $3 a night. Unopened, a jar keeps for 2 years; once opened, use it within 6 months.
Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?+
Please check with your healthcare provider before using it.
How fast does it ship?+
U.S. shipping is free on every order. Orders ship within 1–3 business days, with tracking. We ship across the U.S. and to Canada, the U.K. and parts of the EU. We can't ship to P.O. boxes.
What if it isn't right for me?+
You have 30 days. If you don't love it, email support@cotrini.com with your order number and return the jar, even empty, for a full product refund. Return shipping isn't covered, and refunds arrive 7–10 business days after we receive it. Orders from other retailers aren't eligible.
