We accept returns on any product within 30 days of purchase, whether it's full, partially used, or completely empty. All we ask is that you return the empty jar or container. Once received, we’ll issue a full refund or exchange—your choice.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@cotrini.com and provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product.

Refunds

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product has been damaged or tampered with. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for any product purchased through a third-party retailer.
